About Phoenix Geeks

Shawn Railey and Toby Alan Dion were both in business with the Geek moniker long before it was trendy.  Shawn was HelpGeek.com and Toby as Geek-Help.com all the way back in 2000!

After working on several projects together, the two decided that they would be able to grow one business together, better than each growing their own business separate, so they merged their businesses into one business, Phoenix Geeks, LLC.

Phoenix Geeks, LLC's management brings to you over 30 years of technology experience. It's only been a few years since Shawn and Toby merged, but they have worked on some awesome projects, including a vehicle tracking solution in 1999.  They had a system that would allow you to click a button on the internet, and lock, locate, and disable your vehicle anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Now Phoenix Geeks focus' on what we do best, helping small business with big business solutions at small business prices. Shawn and Toby recognized the need for small business to have access to a full blown IT department, so they created the Virtual Technology Officer program (VTO). Their staff serves as your IT department. When you sign up with Phoenix Geeks, you are assigned a technician that knows your network.  That is who you call to have work on your network, not some dispatcher who relays a call.
